Alliance Preservation was established in 1981 and incorporated in  1991. The service is headquartered in Newcastle upon Tyne and Saltburn by the Sea in the NE region and trades nationally via franchised outlets in selected parts of the UK including Hull, Leeds, York, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Stafford and London. A joint marketing and development team are based in London as Eradicure Alliance Ltd.

Alliance Preservation is a founding member of the ISSE corporate members schemes offering ISO registration, recognised qualifications and training for apprentices, technicians and surveyors with advanced CPD and research at University of Liverpool.

In strategic alliance with C2M, Alliance Preservation are developing new hybrid reclaimed materials to form a range of building materials and displacement of sand and cement in damp proofing. New products using this material are being developed for underground waterproofing and structural flood defense systems.

ISSE Validation service for failed and orphan guarantees.

Selling your house ? You find your original service provider has gone out of business ?

The Institute of Specialist Surveyors and Engineers can help. A trained and qualified surveyor can inspect work undertaken by others where the service provider has become insolvent or simply disappeared.  Often the work may not have failed - even if the guarantee has. Should this be the case and you still possess the original documentation the ISSE surveyor can confirm no work is required even if the guarantee is invalid. This should satisfy all lenders.
